the fuck is wrong with these people
also it kinda looks like a poem
I was around 10 and was given two of the games as a gifts, probably because I had a few ND books I read and loved. I fell in love and remember being so excited when I realized there was a whole series of games to play! 13 years later and I shamelessly buy every one within a few weeks of them being released :) I can’t wait til I have kids so I can introduce them to the books and computer games!
Girls who aren’t afraid to take risks and step into the unknown. Girls who aren’t afraid of what people think of her and label her as. Girls who won’t take no for an answer, who will go to great lengths to achieve her goals and won’t give up until she is satisfied. Girls who don’t need men to define who they are. Yes she has Ned, but he is not with her in any of her cases. Therefore she is independent and doesn’t need a man with her 24/7, she determines her own life. Girls who don’t give up too easily and will get through any tough times. Girls who don’t dumb themselves down and use their knowledge to the best they can. Girls who are strong and have faith in themselves. Nancy Drew is a role model for all girls, and I am so glad that she is mine.
Doesn’t Yanni look like he could break down crying any second

CHARLEENA PURCELL’S LATEST NOVEL, LIKE WIND THROUGH MY HEART, WAS AN INSTANT BEST SELLER! AND LIKE SO MANY OF HER NOVELS—
READING A CHARLEENA PURCELL NOVEL IS LIKE TRAVELING TO THE OLD WEST ON THE ~*~*~*WINGS OF LOVE*~*~*~
I was introduced to Nancy Drew when I was seven years old and my mom handed me The Hidden Staircase. A year later, the host of a party I’d been dragged to asked if I’d ever played the computer games. I spent the rest of the party in their computer room playing Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake and not letting any of the other kids take a turn.
My 5th grade GLO (some kind of gifted and talented class. I don’t know how to explain it!) teacher would have us play the ND games on the 3 computers in the room when we had free time. Now keep in mind, this was back in 2001-2002, so there were only the 5 classic ND games at the time! She printed out walkthroughs and highlighted the important stuff for us. Since it was during freetime, we never played all 5 games all the way through, just little bits of each game that was on the computer at the time.
After 5th grade, I kind of forgot about the games, but I would always read the ND books! I fell in love with them. Then in high school, I thought back to that GLO class and started searching for the games. ND games quickly became a regular birthday, Christmas, and for whatever reason present from my parents because they knew how much I loved them!
I am now 22 and in my 5th year of college and still love the games. I haven’t stopped since I refound the love for them in high school! I own and have played all the games! I now have a routine! Play the game on junior detective (yes, I still call it that even though they changed it), watch Arglefumph’s blind playthrough, watch Arglefumph’s walkthrough, then replay on Senior detective!

Is this a dumb joke? Yes. Is it necessary? Absolutely.
